With a passion for organization, creativity, and creating unforgettable client experiences, Lindsey is always looking for ways to make The V Lady even better. From planning signature events and marketing campaigns to refining systems behind the scenes, she believes the smallest details often make the biggest impact. Her favorite part of the job is creating an environment where both clients and the team feel valued, supported, and excited to come back.

Outside of the spa, Lindsey is a wife and mom of three who loves making memories with her family, whether that’s traveling somewhere new, getting lost in a good book, or discovering a great local restaurant. As a Wax Specialist with years of industry experience, Chrystia believes confidence starts with feeling cared for. She has built The V Lady around high standards, personalized service, and creating an environment where every client feels comfortable and respected.

These days, you’ll usually find Chrystia behind the scenes mentoring her team, dreaming up the next way to elevate the client experience, or finding new ways to help women feel their absolute best.

Outside of the spa, she’s a self-proclaimed professional sleeper who will happily choose sleeping in whenever she gets the chance. She’s obsessed with her dog, Roku (better known as “Ro”), never turns down a movie night, and believes good laughs, quality time, and a well-deserved day off, are just as important as running a successful business.
